The White Paper on the Quality of Imported Clothing Products in 2014 was published
Recently, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued a white paper entitled "Quality of Imported Clothing Products in 2014". Among them, among the 23,818 batches of imported clothing sampled and tested by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine agencies, 1785 batches were unqualified and the rate of disqualification was 7.49%.
Specifically, according to the country of origin statistics, there are many unqualified batches of goods from Italy, accounting for 18.7% of the unqualified batches; from the quality point of view, the problem is more serious from the United States, the rate of failure is 14.62 %; followed by goods from Korea, Italy and Japan. From the perspective of imported clothing categories, substandard clothing was mainly concentrated in children's clothing (36.0%), infant and toddler clothing (8.3%) and adult clothing (5.4%). In terms of composition, the proportion of unqualified fiber components accounted for 42.7% of the total unqualified batches. At the same time, it accounted for a large proportion of all quality safety projects and ranked first for three consecutive years as unqualified projects; the remaining non-conforming items had color fastness. , PH value, formaldehyde, azo dyes accounted for 29.6%, 20.4%, 6.3% and 1% respectively.
It is understood that for the above-mentioned products with unqualified quality, relevant departments have made return shipments or disposals.
